During the current COVID-19 pandemic we are working hard to keep our guests and staff safe. We’ve made some changes to our operations during this time (listed below) and will keep these under review, taking into account any new Government guidance and making changes as necessary.
All our rooms are being deep cleaned, disinfected and sanitised after every guest stay.
We’ve located a table in our vestibule area stocked with sanitiser, masks and gloves for you to use. If you need any help during your stay, just let us know.
We’re more than happy to see you. Sadly, we can’t shake hands with you at this time.
For the time being, we can’t offer afternoon teas to new guests but can recommend local cafes and restaurants in the area.
We’ll show you to your bedroom, but please observe social distancing – stay at least 2 metres away – when interacting with our team.
For your convenience – and to avoid contamination – we’ll leave your bedroom key in your door. We’ll also leave registration cards and a pen in your bedroom to fill in.
Breakfasts have resumed in our main dining room. However, we are taking steps to distance guests and serve you wearing gloves, for your protection.
Hand sanitiser will be available in your room.
Should you be handing over cash to us, we’re asking you to sanitise your hands and wear gloves and masks. We’ll also be wearing gloves and masks.
All these measures are to keep everyone safe at this time. We hope you understand.
Remember: Government advice is to self-isolate and call for a test if you have a temperature, a new, continuous cough, or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste. For more information, visit the Scottish Government and UK Government Coronavirus web pages.
