Bo’mains is a 20 minute drive from Edinburgh Airport. We’re also close to the cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow. See a map and directions here.

In the event of a cancellation within 5 days of arrival, guests will be responsible for payment for the full reserved period. The same policy applies for earlier than scheduled departures.
CLOTHES WASHING / DRYING
There is a washing machine and dryer available for guests. A charge is made for this facility.
Check-out is by 10.30 a.m. on your date of departure.

Each JMW passport holder will be entitled to one packed lunch, free of charge, for each day of their stay at Bo’mains Farm B&B. Offer is subject to availability.
LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY
No responsibility is accepted by the proprietors / or any of the farm workers at Bo’mains Farm for any loss, damage, injury to property (including car accessories and contents) or illness whilst within the grounds of Bo’mains Farm.

Payment in full is due on departure. We accept cash or a bank transfer (BACS).

Bo’mains is near many of the top wedding venues in Scotland. We can accommodate you and your guests before and after your ceremony.
There is free wifi internet access for guests to use in both the main Farmhouse and Kirkland House.
