Rooms

There are four guest bedrooms within the main Bo’mains Farmhouse. A further three rooms are in Kirkland House next door. Breakfasts for all guests are served in our beautiful dining room (in the main Farmhouse). Scroll down to see pictures.

All rooms feature:

  • hospitality tray with tea and coffee making facilities
  • flatscreen colour TV
  • free wifi
  • luxury toiletries
  • hairdryers and
  • high-quality bedding and furnishings.

All rooms have en-suite facilities, apart from one room (in our main Farmhouse) which has use of a large toilet/showeroom.

We supply iron/ironing boards on request. If you have particular requirements, please get in touch.

Bo’mains Farmhouse

Twin bedroom
Our lovely twin room has stunning views across the River Forth.
Inside twin room
Rooms feature flatscreen TVs and hospitality trays.
Large family room
This large family room features a double bed and single bed. Guests using this room have use of a large bathroom next door (see picture below).
Bathroom
Guests in our family room have use of this large bathroom, which features a double shower, sink and toilet.
Bedroom
All our rooms feature colour TVs with remote controls.
Bedroom
This double room has lovely views of our garden and the hills to the south of Linlithgow.
Staircase
Guest rooms in our main Farmhouse are on the first floor. Access is by this beautiful staircase.
Dining room
Breakfast for all guests is served in the elegant dining room within the main farmhouse.
Lounge area
After breakfast enjoy a seat in our lounge area.

Kirkland House

Kirkland bedroom
All of the rooms at Kirland House are on the ground floor and feature a double and a single bed.
Kirkland bedroom 2
One of the bright and spacious rooms at Kirkland House. All have french doors leading out to the garden.
Four-poster room
One of the rooms features a four poster bed. This room also has an additional single bed and a sofa bed.
En-suite bathroom
All rooms at Kirkland are en-suite, supplied with high-quality toiletries.
